So who issues the license for power installation (repair and test) facilities?
The State Electric Power Regulatory Commission is responsible for guiding and supervising the issuance and management of the national installation (repair and test) power facilities license.
The dispatched offices of the State Power Regulatory Commission are responsible for the acceptance, examination, issuance and daily supervision of the licenses for the installation (repair and test) of power facilities within their jurisdiction.
Classification and grading of power installation qualification
The license for installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities is divided into three categories: installation, repair and test.
Those who have obtained the license to undertake the installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities may engage in the installation business of electric power facilities.
Those who have obtained the license for the installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities may engage in the maintenance business of electric power facilities.
Those who have obtained the license for the installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities may engage in the test business of electric power facilities.
The license for installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities is divided into level 1, level 2, level 3, level 4 and level 5.
Those who have obtained a class I license for the installation (repair or test) of power facilities may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of power facilities of all voltage levels.
Those who have obtained class II license for installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of electric power facilities with voltage below 220kV.
Those who have obtained a class III license for the installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of electric power facilities with a voltage below 110KV.
Those who have obtained a class IV license for the installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of electric power facilities with a voltage below 35KV.
Those who have obtained a five level license for the installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of electric power facilities with a voltage below 10kV.
