Template processing:
(1) Before assembling the formwork, select the plate, calculate carefully, snap the line and cut the material, and check and adjust with a ruler after assembling. The nail cap on the formwork surface shall be flush with the plate surface, and it is strictly prohibited to be concave or protruding from the plate surface. The edges of the formwork shall be sealed with paint, and the opening shall be locked with air nails.
(2) The dimensions of the corresponding child and mother openings at the tongue and groove part of the formwork joint shall be fully consistent to avoid the occurrence of cracks and slurry leakage.
2、 Template device
(1) Roof formwork
1) Process: pave the bedding plate → set up the shelf support → install the large and small keels and paste sponge strips around the wall top and tighten them with square wood → lay the roof formwork and arch according to the planning and standard requirements → correct the elevation → clean the formwork → pre check the treatment
2) The edges of the roof formwork shall be leveled by planer, the exposed white stubble shall be sealed by paint, and the joint shall be "hard joint method", and the larger single joint shall be leveled by cement putty to ensure that the joint of the formwork is tight (not more than 2mm) without slurry leakage and the joint is flat. At the junction of the roof formwork and the surrounding walls or column heads, the small dragon bone planed on one side shall be tightly pressed against the wall, and sponge strips shall be padded to avoid slurry leakage.

3) The support system shall be set separately for the roof formwork of the post cast strip, and the formwork and support at this part shall not be removed until the concrete pouring of the post cast strip is completed and the 100% strength requirements of the planning requirements are met.
4) The fixed formwork and fixtures are used for the construction joint of the roof to ensure the accurate position of the reinforcement and avoid the concrete slurry leakage at the joint.
