The qualification standards for general contracting of electric power engineering construction are divided into special grade, first grade, second grade and third grade.
First level qualification standard:
The following requirements are required for the first level qualification:
1. Enterprise assets: net assets of more than 100 million yuan.
2. Key personnel of the enterprise:
The technical director has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has the senior professional title of power engineering;
3. Enterprise engineering performance:
In recent 5 years, I have undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 5 types of projects, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) The total installed capacity of the power station is more than 1.8 million kilowatts;
(2) There are 6 units with a single capacity of 200000 kW;
(3) A total of 600 km of 220 kV transmission lines;
(4) There are 8 220kV substations in total;
(5) The total length of 220 kV cable project is 100 km.
Secondary qualification standard:
The following requirements are required for Level 2 qualification:
1. Enterprise assets: net assets of more than 40 million yuan.
2. Key personnel of the enterprise:
(1) There are no less than 10 registered constructors of mechanical and electrical engineering.
(2) The technical director has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has the senior professional title of electric power engineering or the first class registered constructor qualification of mechanical and electrical engineering.
3. Enterprise engineering performance:
In recent 5 years, I have undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 5 types of projects, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) The total installed capacity of the power station is more than 1 million kilowatts;
(2) There are 4 units with a single capacity of 100000 kW;
(3) The total length of 110kV transmission line is 700km;
(4) There are 7 substations with 110kV voltage level;
(5) The total length of 110kV cable project is 200km.
Level 3 qualification standard:
The following requirements are required for Level 3 qualification:
1. Enterprise assets: net assets of more than 8 million yuan.
2. Key personnel of the enterprise:
(1) There are no less than 5 registered constructors of mechanical and electrical engineering.
(2) The technical director has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has the professional title of intermediate or above in power engineering or registered constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering; there are no less than 10 personnel with professional title of intermediate or above in power engineering.
(3) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, data personnel and other personnel are complete.
(4) There are no less than 30 technical workers above intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
(5) The technical director (or registered constructor) has presided over and completed at least 2 projects of this category.
Qualification standard for general contracting of electric power engineering construction
First level qualification: it can undertake the construction of various power generation projects, transmission lines of various voltage levels and substation projects.
Grade II Qualification: it can undertake the construction of power generation projects with single unit capacity less than 200000 kW, power transmission lines below 220 kV and substation projects with the same voltage level.
Level 3 qualification: it can undertake the construction of power generation project with single unit capacity less than 100000 kW, transmission line with single unit capacity less than 110kV and substation project with the same voltage level.
Note:
1. Electric power engineering refers to the engineering related to the production, transmission and distribution of electric energy. Including thermal power generation, hydropower generation, nuclear power generation, wind power, solar energy and other energy power generation, transmission and distribution projects and supporting projects.
2. Professional titles related to power engineering include thermal power engineering, hydro power engineering, nuclear power engineering, wind power, solar energy and other energy engineering, power transmission and distribution engineering, power system and automation, etc.
