The following principles must be observed in the construction of power engineering:

1、 Three or more people entering the production (construction) site did not wear safety helmets correctly as required.

2、 The safety belt and safety hook are not used correctly in the work at height.

3、 The electrical operation does not use the operation ticket (except for the special circumstances specified in the regulations) or does not implement the operation ticket according to the regulations; does not implement the operation monitoring system.

4、 Without approval, the "five prevention" locking, alarm and protection devices of operating equipment were removed.

5、 Do not check the electricity before installing the grounding wire.

6、 They do not handle the work ticket according to the regulations or do not implement the work monitoring system; the staff expand the scope of work without authorization.

7、 The person in charge of the work allows the staff to work before the safety measures listed in the work ticket are fully implemented; does not hold the station class meeting or does not explain the work content and safety measures to the members of the work class; changes the safety measures without authorization.

8、 After the completion of the work, the equipment will resume operation without going through the work ticket termination procedures; or the trial operation will be carried out without going through the procedures as required.

9、 Live working shall be carried out by personnel not qualified for live working.

10、 The power failure maintenance of the line starts before the grounding wires are installed at both ends of the working section.

11、 Working in cable trench, tunnel, interlayer or metal container, without supervision or using safe voltage walking lamp for lighting.

12、 Scaffold is not set up or used according to regulations in high place operation.

13、 Remove the cover plate, railings and isolation layer of the cavity without permission, or remove the above facilities without obvious signs and restore them in time.

14、 Open the protective cover of the rotating equipment during operation; or put your hand into the barrier; clean the rotating part with gloves or cloth or do other work.

15、 Carry fire, smoke, wear shoes with nails in explosive and flammable areas.

16、 The hot work ticket is not handled and executed according to the regulations

17、 Work after drinking.

18、 Do not wear life-saving facilities when working on water.
