General contracting qualification scope of Construction Engineering:

1. Super grade enterprises: they can undertake the general contracting of various types of thermal power plants (including coal, gas and fuel), wind power plants, solar power plants, nuclear power plants and auxiliary production facilities, transmission lines of various voltage levels and the overall construction of substations.

2. First class enterprises: they can undertake various types of thermal power plants (including coal, gas and oil), wind power plants, solar power plants, nuclear power plants and auxiliary production facilities with the single contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise; they can also undertake the overall construction general contract of power transmission lines and substations of various voltage levels.

3. Second level enterprise: it can undertake the overall construction contract of the unit with a single unit capacity of 200000 kW and below, 220 kV and below power transmission lines and the substation with the same voltage level with a single contract amount of no more than 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise.

4. Third level enterprise: it can undertake the overall construction contract of the unit with a single unit capacity of 100000 kW and below, the transmission line with a single unit capacity of 110 kV and below, and the substation with the same voltage level with a single contract amount of no more than 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise. Power engineering includes thermal power station, nuclear power station, wind power station, solar power station, power transmission and transformation project. According to the construction performance of enterprises, the scope of contracted projects shall be limited accordingly.
